Welcome to Magic Wonders! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our products, including physical hardware (e.g. magic wands), mobile apps, websites, and services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

• Follow the rules and terms of service of the app store from which you downloaded the app.
• Understand that in-app purchases are handled by the app store platform and are subject to their policies.
• Not attempt to bypass payment systems or fraudulently access premium features.

14. Pre-Orders, Commitments & Refund Policy

Magic Wonders is currently in its early stages of development. Certain product visuals, demonstrations, and promotional materials may include AI-generated images or concept renders used to illustrate design intent. As a result, the final product’s features, materials, and appearance may vary from the representations shown.

Magic Wonders may occasionally offer pre-orders for upcoming or limited-edition items. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Early-Stage Development: Product specifications and availability are subject to ongoing research, testing, and refinement.
• No Guarantee of Fulfillment: We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order and issue a full refund at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior explanation.
• Customer-Initiated Cancellations: You may request a full refund for your pre-order any time before shipping by contacting our support team at [email protected].
• Estimated Shipping Dates: All delivery timelines are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, logistical, or business adjustments.
• Payment Authorization: Payment may be processed immediately or upon shipment, depending on your payment provider.
• Price & Product Changes: We may update prices, specifications, or product details prior to fulfillment. In such cases, you will be notified and may cancel your order for a full refund.
