Magic Wonders – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Magic Wonders! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our products, including physical hardware (e.g. magic wands), mobile apps, websites, and services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Magic Wonders.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Magic Wonders. If you are under 18, you must use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 13 may access the Service only through a supervised account set up by a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or related systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software or hardware used by Magic Wonders.
3. Accounts
Some features require creating a user account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
Parental consent is required for accounts created by or for children under the age of 13.
4. Hardware Devices
Magic Wonders includes optional physical devices such as interactive wands or smart magical objects. By using our devices, you agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions provided with the product.
- Not modify, dismantle, or misuse the devices.
- Supervise children during use and ensure proper handling.
Magic Wonders is not liable for damage caused by misuse or modification of the hardware.
5. In-App Purchases & App Stores
When you use Magic Wonders through a mobile app (iOS, Android, etc.), you also agree to:
- Follow the rules and terms of service of the app store from which you downloaded the app.
- Understand that in-app purchases are handled by the app store platform and are subject to their policies.
- Not attempt to bypass payment systems or fraudulently access premium features.
6. User Content
By submitting or creating any content in the Service (e.g., custom spells, names, feedback), you grant Magic Wonders a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, distribute, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and technology within the Service—including logos, hardware designs, animations, text, and software—are the property of Magic Wonders or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Privacy & GDPR Compliance
Magic Wonders takes your privacy seriously. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
As a user, you have the right to:

- Correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
We only collect data necessary to deliver and improve the Service and do not sell your personal information.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Wonders is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republica Oriental del Uruguay, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Uruguay.
